No refund or returns on goods or services. All services are paid for at the time of service. All service redo’s must be done within 72 hours of service, otherwise you will be recharged for that service.
All nail services are performed by a licensed nail technician, and all our equipment is thoroughly sterilized after each quest.
We are available for outcalls and events.
As a courtesy, please allow 24 hours for cancellation to avoid any service charge. If you happen to run up to 10 minutes late for an appointment, please call us to let us know you are on your way.
